How did you become a furry?

I’ve always loved drawing animals since I was young so when I started seeing people post images of anthros and having fursonas I wanted to do it as well!

A realistic painting of Final Fantasy’s  chocobo.

How did you decide what species your fursona would be?

Since I love hybridizing animals I knew that’s what I wanted my fursona to be. It took a few designs and redesigns but eventually I created a fursona I could enjoy. (

This was inspired by seeing a photo of a horned billed bird and mistaking the beak for a face/beard. Inspiration can come from anywhere!

Who is your biggest inspiration?

Hard to say since I’m inspired by many artists. If I had to pick a handful I’d say Aaron Blaise, Terryl Whitlatch, David Colman, Bob Rafei and Rebbeca Latham.

One of my favorite things to do is design creatures. Mostly hybrids of different animals. This here is a Crocopotamus.

What’s your favorite part of what you do in furry?

Designing and painting animals and creatures both realistically and cartoony.

Since I love designing creatures, I also love to draw, paint and sketch wildlife.

What are your upcoming projects?

I’m gonna spread my wings a bit and venture into unfamiliar territory by finally buckling down and creating the comic that has been gnawing at my brain for a few years now.

What advice would you give someone who wants to create in the furry fandom?

Do what you love! Not what people want! You and your happiness comes first! Not the number of followers or popularity.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Keep practicing, keep learning and never stop creating!
